Abstract
Ge20 Sex Te80-x chalcogenide gdasses-x = 15, 30, 50 and 65 at.% were prepared by qusnching from the melt. The structure, thermal induced transfre, thermal induced transformation, electrical properties and switching characteristics for these materisls in the form of bulk apecimens were investigeted.
