Abstract
Electrodeposition is the application of metallic coasting to metallic or other conductive surfaces by electrochemical processes. It is a fascinating phenomenon that one can put a shiny coasting of one metal on another simply by doating electrons to ions in a solution and studies of the process at an atomic level continues to yield surprises.
