المستخلص Living-donor lobar lung transplantation is the transplantation of either the right or left lower lung lobe from one or two healthy donors to replace one or both lungs from a patient with lung disease. Indications include primary pulmonary hypertension , Pulmonary fibrosis , and cystic fibrosis. Acute rejection is the most common complication; diagnosed by bronchoscopic lung biops. |
