Abstract
500 random samples of raw milk, kariesh cheese, Damietta cheese, hard cheese, cream, butter, milk powder, baby foods, ice cream powder and yoghurt(50 samples of each) were collected from different localities in Assuit city for numeration and isolation of B. cereus.
