Abstract : International mass media have become the arena among the major powers through which they work diligently to achieve their purposes by using media practices which conform to serving and promoting their orientations , and achieving their benefits . aims and prospects. The international media arena has become a battlefield by all means, approaches and styles after the military power and the direct political pressure failed to achieve the hopeful goals. This kind of international media in general and the American one in particular has become a dangerous weapon subject to scrutinized policies and well-known steps to reach the required effects concerning the Arab World especially because the current media status reflects the political, economic, cultural and intellectual dimensions directed towards the Arab area. As a result, the image of the Arab World has been exposed to more distortion and falsification to the extent that the Arab World is now facing the most dangerous challenges in modern history. That is in the attempt of making it appear too bad through concentrating on its weaknesses, cries, troubles and more of its submission to the west particularly the USA.
