Abstract
This study was conducted at the experimental farm of Sakha Agricultural Research Station ARC Egypt during seasons 2004/2005.Ten egyptian bread wheat genotypes (Triticum aestivum L.) were evaluated under four irrigation treatments 1)one irrigation at tillering stage .2)two irrigations at tillering and booting stages.3)three irrigations at tillering, booting and flowering stages.4)four irrigations at tillering, booting , flowering and grain filling stages.The studied traits were days to heading and maturity,grain filling period, grain filling rate, flag leaf area,total chlorophy 11 content, plant height, number of spikes/m2, number of kernels/spike, 1000 kernel weight, grain and straw yields, harvest index and grain protein precentage.
