Abstract Liver transplantation is avaluable alternation to patients with irreversible end stage liver disease. Improvement in out com and decrease in morbidity and mortality have been achieved through improved surgical techniques and donor organ preservation. Anesthesia for liver transplantation is complex and challenging. The patient with end stage liver disease frequently is in a state similar to that found in septic shock. As, slowly the risks of transplantation decrease so the spectrum of the patients accepted was extended.
