The present work was carried out to study :
1-Application of tuberculin test in large number of cattle.
2-Collection of milk and milk products samples from dairy farms, dairy factories, and dairy markets.
3-Conventional isolation and identification of mycobacteria in milk, and milk products samples.
4-Using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for detection of mycobacteria from milk samples.
