Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the role of metronomic chemotherapy in relapsed and refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma Low-dose Cyclophosphamide, Methotrexate and high-dose Celecoxib is well tolerated and active in pretreated diffuse large cell B lymphoma. Although thrombotic events were not observed during the study, Close surveillance for arterial and venous thrombotic events is recommended.
