Abstract
The results were as such : *injection with alloxan leaded to elevation of blood glucose level from(105+-5) to (360+-65 ml/dl).*there was a significant reduction of body weight in diabetic group from (402gm+-7) to(212gm+-2). *there was a significant reduction in the prostatic weight from (980mg+-24) to (580+-31). *microscopic examination of the seminal vesicle and prostate revealed agreat difference in histological and histochemical structuring diabetic animals compared with the control group.
