Abstract
Aim of this work is to study The arthroscopic repair is as effective as open repair in small and medium and some large tears, but ineffective in massive tears. The arthroscopic rotator cuff’ repair offers better cosmese and shorter hospital stay with avoidance of deltoid detachment with faster rehabilitation. However, it is technically demanding, with long learning curve and high cost.
