Abstract
Primary hepatocellular carcinoma(hcc)is a significant global health problem with high incidence rates in asian and african populations.chronic hepatitis b(hbv)and c(hcv)are recognized as the major factors worldwide increasing the rick of hcc.in2000,approximately540.000 new cases of hcc were diagnosed worldwide(yoshiji,2002).linked to the complexity of genomic rearrangements,few tumor suppressor genes have been implicated in liver carcinogensis.
