Abstract total hip arthroplasty has proven to be a reliable treatment for disabling hip pain in patients who have vascular necrosis of head of the femur a comparative study between cemented versus cementless total hip arthroplasty as regard clinical and radiological evaluation with a series of 88 patients suffering from gracethree or four ficat and arleta vascular necrosis of head of the femur the present results using cementelss arthroplasty ara better clinically and radiologically than those with cemented arthroplasty in patients with a vascular necrosis of head of the femur at two years follow up. |
