Abstract
This essay will discuss anatomy, pathophysiology pharmacological agents and perioperative anesthetic management of pediatric performing repair of congenital cardiac disease.The essay is a trial to overview and study cardiac physiology, and pharmacology in congenital heart disease, making good preparation, preoperative evaluation, good management and monitoring, intraoperative and postoperative care and pain control this will help us in decreasing morbidity and mortality and improving the outcome of operations for correction of pediatric congenital heart disease.
