Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of concurrent low dose paclitaxel, given as a radiosensitizer, with conventionally fractionated radiotherapy for locally advanced head and neck cancer.
The study included 50patients with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck presented to clinical oncology depatment, zagazig university hospitals during the period from july 2004 to nov 2005.
