Abstract

physiological studies on Extracellular enzymes produced By some Aquatic Fungi br Data of screening of twenty aquatic fungal species beloging to different genera for their ability to produce hydrolytic ezymes in culture media supplemented with appropriate substrate indicated that aphanomyces, nowakowskiella, saprolegnia and allomyces spp. were the most potent tested organisms for secretion of polygalacturonase, caboxymethy1-celulase,protease and lipase respectively.
