Abstract
Aim of the Work br The Present Study has been Designed to follow up two Points: br 1-Studing the exact effect of chronic Chlorambucil administration on heamatological , biochemical and histopathological status of albino rats , since unfortunately this drug is widly used as a worth trial in the therapy of many neoplastic and non- neoplastic diseases. br 2-Evaluating the potential capacity of garlic or melatonin against chlorambucill- induced adverse effects. br The results of the current study suggest that chlorambucill (CA ) is a very dangerous Chemotherapeutic agent because of its worse and complicated side effects reaching to acute myeloid leukemia , particularly with the use of high dose.
