Abstract The Aim Of This Work Is To Study The Predictive Value Of Both Tissue Factor And Pregnancy Associated Binding Protein A In Detecting The Outcome Of Patients With Acute Coronary Syndromes And The Estimation Of Tissue Factor, Troponin-I& PAPP-A Levels And Their Correlation With One Another And With Other Markers Routinely Measured (CK, CK-MB, AST & LDH) In Patients Presenting With ACS. This study was conducted on 50 subjects who were classified into two main groups, control group and patients’ group. The control group included ] 0 persons (7 males and 3 females) matched with the patient group for age and sex. Their ages ranged from 45-65 years with a mean ± SD of (55.0 ± 6.02) years. Patients’ group was reclassified into two groups, where group I included 20 patients with unstable angina (15 males and 5 females). Their ages ranged from 47-70 years with a mean ± SD of (59.25 ± 7.18) years. Group II included 20 patients with recent myocardial infarction (14 males I and 6 females).
