Abstract Two experiments were carried out to evaluate the possibility of using potassium chloride as the form of potassium fertilization. The first experiment was carried out at the laboratory using slices of potatoes to evaluate both mechanisms and dynamics of potassium absorption at presence of different nitrogen salts. The second was an applied field experiment using sandy soil to study the practical view of using the obtained data in a fertilization plan. |
