This study has considered the early treatment of parotid tumors gives better prognosis. Also it must not depend upon the common incidence of benign tumor to delay their treatment, because the final diagnosis depended upon the postoperative pathological study. Also, when the primary excision of the tumor is complete, this will give good chance to preserve the facial nerve, avoid recurrence of benign tumors, and with good arrangement of combined therapy from the beginnings this will improve prognosis of malignant tumors. Also, the physicians who faced the cases early, must give them good chance and avoid repeated biopsies which may delay the diagnosis and prognosis. |
