Abstract
The Aim Of This Work Is To Evaluate The Role Of Sonohysterography In Endometrial And Subendometrial Lesions inferility or abnomal uterine bleeding like myomas poyps uterine malformations uterine adhesions and endometrial carcinoma History taking and complete general and local examination were done before proceeding transvaginal and sonohysterography the following were evaluated: intracavitary lesions filling defects and anomalies All patients were subjacted to sonohysterogradhy and transvaginal keeping the hysteroscopic biopsy as a gold standard for comparison sonohysterograghy was done by injecting sterile saline through a catheter introduced into the endocervical canal
