Conclusion: The matter of how best to treat BPH patients remains the subject of considerable debate however; medical treatment of BPH is a hopeful option to minimize patients suffering from the symptomatic disease. The main pharmacological options for the treatment of BPH being those Alpha adrenergic receptors blockers, 5 Alpha reductase inhibitors and phytotherapy the evolution of these options may be the starting point in this context. |
