Abstract
The present Work is devoted to study Certain characteristics of some dOubly bonded nitrogen cormpouncds. These include Some derivatives of salicylichYdraZide since many such derivatives have found applicatic in the biological work. The present investigation is concerned to Carry out a systematic study on the polal’ographic behaviour of salicylic hYdrazide derivatives in universal bUffer solutions by usin~ de and differential pulse techniques. In ti’i” context the ’reduction mechanism at the DROPPing mercury electrode and the kinetio hycrolysis of the investigated compopounds has been studied. the applicability of differential puIse. polarography for tile quantitative trace determination of the salicylichYdrazide derivatives in Universal buffar solutions was also investigatedo.
