Abstract
Fi h is an important sourc of protein which could fill the .hortag in

uatural resource . Therefore aquaculture is appeared to meet this policy for
food. ecurity.
Fi It is not only used for human consumption, but also used as 11 good
ource of animal and pOIII![)’ meal provide it W”fJ) cheap. ta ny and high
quality protein Andel’sOII and Mitchum (1.974). Pi h protein is of high
biological value a those of red meat and 0 it could. compensate the horrage
of animal protein Borgesh”OIIl (1961).
