Abstract
The objectives of the present study are1- Study the effect of seedbed preparation systems and planting methods of corn crop in two different soil types on the following points:
• Some soil physical properties (bulk density, porosity and void ratio).
• Some plant characteristics and total grain yield.
• Fuel consumption rate and specific energy requirements.
• Production cost.
• Net profit.
2- Select the appropriate seedbed preparation system and planting method for corn crop production based on both yield and cost.
