Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of early physical rehabilitative therapy on minimizing contracture deformity of the burned hand. It was carried out at the Burn and plastic surgery department of the Tanta University Hospital.The sample of the study consists of all adult age recent second anclthird degree hand burn patient who are able to communicate and admitted to burn and plastic surgery department at Tanta University Hospital. The total sample consists of 60 patients divided into two groups. The study group managed according to the rehabilitative nursing management ROM exercises , dressing ,positioning ,splinting and applying pressure garment. Control grOup of 30 patients managed-according to routine hospital nursing intervention
