Abstract
Aim of this work is To recognize the possible role of virtual bronchoscopy in diagnosis of bronchiectasis as a recent non-invasive radiological techniqueFifty patients FIfty patients (37 males and 13 females) their ages ranged from 15 to years with a mean of 40.6 years were included in this work this work they werw either inpatients or attendants clinics of both Chest and lnternal Medicine Departments Zagazig University Hoospitals in the period from July 2005 to April 2006 those patients were diagnosed as having bronchiectasis from their medical history and /or previous chest X-ray (CXR) patients wgo wear stable according to the above above criteria were subJected to the followings :1 thorough medicl history .2 FULL clinical examination .3 plain chest x-ray.
