Abstract

Studies on Whey Utilization in Infant Foods
The work in this thesis was carried out with the objective of finding a new preferential use of whey in the preparation of infant formula. To achieve this goal, it was found necessarly to compare different milks with mothers’ milk and assessment of commercial available infant milk formulae. therefore, results were discussed under three main topics
