Abstract
Immobilized enxymes on polymeric carriers are prepared to achieve the repeated use of enzymes and increase their stabilities aganist different conditions(e.g.; pHs, temperatures and storage stability). In this study, two enzymes have been used, a-amylase(EC 3.2.1.1 from Bacillus subility with activity 402 U/mg) and cellulase (EC 3.2.1.4 from Aspergillus niger with activity 108 U/mg).
