Abstract
The artifical food colors(AFC) are widely used despite the warning they covered most of these AFC are banned nowadays. But for some sort of social technical and economic concerns, AFC are still applied in our food in in non-controllable rats.The idea of mixing some natural colors mixtures compared to AFC alone was investigated based on their effests on a biological induced disorder, ie. hypercholesterolmia.
