Abstract
The Endeavour of the present work is to study some facultative anaerobic bacteria with are capable of reducing arsenate and selenate oxyanios were isolated from water and sediment samples collected from sites contaminated with industrial and Kafr et Zayat Gharbeya Governorate The isolation and cultivation of selenate and arsenate bacteria were done using basal medium also identification of some bacteria capable of transformation of these elements will be fulfilled and the effect of some physiological conditions and cell immobilization on transformation will be studied.
