Abstract
The objectives of the present study were to determine: 1- Amino acids composition of different protein sources. 2- In-vitro dry matter and organic matter disappearances for different protein sources and levels. 3- Nitrogen solubility of different protein sources. 4- Ammonia production for different protein sources and levels. 5- Effect of feeding leucaena leucocephala and sunflower meal as two protein sources on milk yield and composition using lactating buffaloes. 6- Amino acids content of blood and milk resulted from feeding leucaena and sunflower meal compared with control.
