The aim of this study is to establish the diameters of normal extraocular muscles( superior complex {superior rectus &levator palpebrae superior muscles as they could not be rebiably distinguished from each other,so measured together as a single muscle group } ,medial , lateral and inferior recti ), the width of the optic nerve, and the globe position as revealed by CT. It also investigates the effect of age and sex on these parameters in the Egyptian population.
