Abstract
Nickel oxide films are one of the most interesting electrochromic materials because of its potential colouration and relatively long memory.
The electrohromic films of nickel oxide films have been deposited by spray pyrolysis technique.thismethhod provides the ability to deposit large area layers as will as low costs. Another advantage of using spray pyrolysis in deposition nickel oxide films lies in surface roughness that preferable for nickel oxide to achieve best modulation.the results lead to the following conclusions:
1-the deposition temperature affects the structura.electrochromic and electrical properties of the deposited film.
