Abstract Turbo codes Have become one Of Its superior performance , Its Capacity which Is Near Shannon Limit Of Capacity And Small Probability Of Error .Thus Turbo codes have been used in a lot of Applications ,On Of them is coding mobile communication signals. In this thesis, description of turbo codes’ encoders has been given and a study of the factors affecting the performance of the turbo code has been investigated. A description of different mobile communication channels has been processed And The environments that cause every type of the channel fading have been modeled. Also ,the performance of turbo codes within different communication channels such as AWGN RAYLEIGH AND NAKAGAMI-m fading channel ,have been evaluated Recommended parameters and conditions for every channel and kind Of modulation have been suggested . Finally, discussion of results and proposal of future work have been presented at the end of thesis. |
