Also urine Volume and protein, in addition to serum lipids, serum GPT, GOT and ALP were determined. The clearance index were calculated. Liver and kidneys were
used for histopatological tests the results showed the improvement in serum levels of creatinine, urea and uric acid, also in clearance index the urine protein and serum GPT, GOT and ALP were also improved the daily urinary excretion of Na and K which were slightly increased in C(+) rats were continually increased by slow rate in treatment groups. The histopatological results of kidneys and liver tissues, where the slight improvement may be recorded for all treatment groups, except turmeric and rosemary groups at 5%. The organoleptic evaluation of supplementation of chicken burger and chicken sausage, by various levels of herbs, moreover formula which contained 5% showed the best in both chicken burger and chicken sausage. This study recommended the consumption of these herbs to improve the symptoms of some case of kidney disease, but, they should not be used for long term without a break, and preferably be practiced by consultant doctor.
