Abstract This investigation was carried out in two successive seasons of 1978-1979 and 1979-1980, aimed to study the effect of two growth regulators , Gibberellic Acid and Ethrel, on the vegetative growth, and chemical constituents of Solanum Laciniatum, Ait, at different cuts and at the end of growing seasons. The two growth regulators were applied as foliage sprays, at different concentrations and number of applications. The work was divided into two experiments. In experiment I, the growth regulators were applied only at the beginning of the growing season. In the second experiment (II),the growth regulators were applied at the beginning of the growing season and after every cut. |
