Abstract
Industries will become more complex not only because of the sophistication of final products but also because of the technological alternatives of production. In consequence, the number and the size of industrial pre-investment studies are increasing.
The textile industry generally and garment industry specially is one of the most important industries. The garment industry is considered one of the most variable industries in many faces such as; the factory size, the production technology, and the final product.
In this work, has be explain the basis element of feasibility study (market and plant capacity, materials and inputs, location and site, project engineering, plant organization and overhead costs, manpower, financial and economic evaluation) in details and illustrate the important of each element in garment industry filed.
The Egyptian industry faces a great competition in the domestic and global market, according to that, we aims to study the garment industry field and determinate how the industry face this competition, according to that we designed a survey which was planned essentially to detect the ability of the manger or owner of the clothing factories in Egypt to deal with the global variations in the industry.
Business environments are more dynamic than ever before, requiring that applications adapt to the changing business requirements in shorter amounts of time. More than ever before, businesses need tools that enable rapid response to the changing requirements and rapid and seamless application deployment.
Using computers can be an effective way of organizing information flow in a manufacturing company they rapid availability of information from many points, both inside and outside the factory, can reduce unnecessary delay, therefore; the main purpose of this paper is to provide an easy and useful computer software program characterized by helpful interface.
At the end, we present a case study for Mean’s dress (T-shirt) illustrate the means required data in report form showing; the required raw materials, production operation, the required production machines and equipments, required manpower, and finally the production balance sheet which illustrate the project financial situation and if the project idea make economic sense?
