Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between the two types of Trifolium alexandrinum (Fahl and Saidi).plants were grown at 80×80 cm. spart.
To differentiate between the two types Fahl, Saidi and the hybrid, certain characters such as morphological haracters, karyotypes of the two types, the cycological features and examination of free amino acids in the root tips of the parental types by pape chromatography technique were carried out . the crossability between fahl and saidi was estimated in two successive seasons.
