Abstract
The present work deals with the effect of the three formulated insecticidennate s namely lannate 90% SP, reldan 22.1% EC on the meiotic behavior and some yield characters of pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L.) cv. Yolo wonder . four different concentrations from each insecticide were used :lannate(675,1350,2025and 2700 ppm)reldan (884,1768,2652,and 3536ppm) and volaton (2500,5000,7500,and 10000ppm). The first concentration is the recommended while the other three are the double,triple and quadruple fold of the first one , respectively. Each sprays (ten day interval from each spray ). For cytological examination buds were collected after 2 and 24 hours following the first and the last spray from each treatments as well as from untreated plants(control).
