Abstract
This thesis deals with the solution of 8 system of forced damped osoillations with nonlinear nons~trical spring characteristics. The equations of motion were obtained by using Lagrang,8’s equations. An algorithm was developed for solving toose equations.
The mathematical procedure for determining the solution was applied to an air spring system with two degrees of freedom. The effect of the various parameters on the behaviour of the syste m we s stud ie d •
The results were obtained by using I.C.IJ. 1905 E dijital computer.
