Abstract
The multi-story frames represent one of the most complex types of structure system encounterd or ordinary civil engineering practice because of their complexity however large scale digital computer made it easy to obtain exact analysis of such frames . in this thesis a method of direct moment distribution is presented for design of multi storey multi-baay framestaking the effect of instability into consideration .
