Abstract The presented work is an integrated study of the incoming material stations, production units control stations and finished product stations regarding the quality quantity and costs aspects. An integrated quality control system is introduced and the main outputs of such a system are evaluated. Its design is based on the values of those outputs. Three main outputs of the integrated quality control system have been discussed they are: 1-The average quantity rate of the finished accepted product units per unit time. 2-The average outgoing quality level of the main quality characteristics in the finished product units delivered to the final inspection station. 3-The average integrated quality cost per single accepted finished product unit. The study has achieved a objective of satisfying both the quality constraints on the finished product quality, and quantity consstraints on the accepted quantities of finished products, and operating with a least possible integrated quality control cost. Several by-products of this study have been obtained.they are concerning the rating of consumer’s and producer’s conditions, the review of the product specifications and process. |
