Abstract
In the present study we investigate the selection of tomato plants
Alternaria solani for resistance ability in the R0 and R1 generations.
The determination of protein and isozyme patterns under the stress of culture filtrate (CF)as well as chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and arotenoides were conducted. The obtained results can be summarized as follows:
1- plant regeneration.
2- the effect of treatment with Alternaria solani toxin (CF) on callus viability.
3-the effect of (CF) on the growth dcnamic .
4- Regeneration of tomato under treatment with (CF).
