Subjective evaluation of post–thaw sperm motility is the single mostly used parameter to determined the quality of frozen semen intended for AI which is not good predictor of the fertility level of the AI semen. So we study the combination between the post-thawing motility and morphology, and their relationship with the AI. The non return rate after the 1st service of the cows obtained to predict the fertility value of the frozen – thawed semen , indicating it is possible to eliminate the straw of frozen semen with low fertility from enter an AI program.
