Abstract
Aim of the work
To determine the possibility that captopril can prevent left ventricular dilatation and dysfunction both early and late after myocardial infarction.
Conclusion
It is concluded that captopril may have a considerable effect in early and late prevention of left ventricular dysfunction during the first year following myocardial infarction.
