Abstract
Fifteen clinical isolates of Staph. aures and 15 of Esch. coli were tested for their susceptibilities toward trim-ethoprim and sulphamethoxazole and their combination.
This was achived by the agar-diffus-ion and serial broth dilution methods using different media.
In the diffusion method 5 agar media were used : NutrientAgar, Disc Sensitivity Test Agar, Iso sensitest agr, sensi- test agar and Mueller-hinton agar.
