Abstract The thesis is concerned with the application of the folding approach to deformed nuclei. The a-particle model is used to construct the density of nuclei considered. The analytically evaluated potentials depend on the orbitalangular momentum &. For & up to 4 the form factors for elastic and inelastic interactions are given, discussing also the effect of different forces on the form factor. It was found that there is a good agreement with previous calculations. |
