Abstract
The family Asteraceae is chemically very distinct. It
ptlates a wide variety of chemical classes, many of which
4sefully used as chemotaxonomical markers at the different ical levels. Although much effort has been done on its by many research workers yet, numerous genera and species remain uninvestigated.
