Abstract emaciation, congestion, skin hemorrhages, superfacial and / or deep ulcers on the skin, base of the fins; losses the scales, pop eyes, corneal opacity, inflammation of anal opening, and hyDROPsy. P.M.lesions showed hyDROPsy, hepatosplenomegally, enlarged kidney, and gall bladder. Bacteriological and mycological examination revealed isolation of 1485 bacterial and fungal islates from 2700 samples taken from 200 tilapia and100 catfish. According to morphological and biochemical characters identified to Aeromonas hyDROPhila by 43.77%, Pseudomonas flourecens by 29.63 %, Streptococcus faecium by 17.51 %, Saprolegnia parasitica by 9.09%.
